16 weeks pregnant and scared

I've officially freaked myself out for the 100th time thanks to Dr Google. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and have some pitted looking large pores. I have a small amount on right breast but a larger amount more noticeable on the left. The left breast seems more swollen per say. It feels like normal skin tissue not hard maybe a little thicker but maybe Im losing my mind too. It’s Sunday and I’m calling my obgyn tomorrow. Anyone go thru this during pregnancy and everything turned out normal ? It’s my first pregnancy and I’m so scared of IBC

    We are so sorry that these breast changes are making you anxious. Dr. Google can often be scary when one is looking up breast related symptoms and in particular many become alarmed by IBC when researching on the internet. The best thing to do with breast changes is bring them to your doctor's attention which you are doing and get professional advice. Remember that IBC is a rare form of breast cancer and changes in your breasts can arise from things other than cancer. Keep us posted and let us know what you learn. The MOds

    Thankfully, IBC is very rare, especially in young people. You're wise to have your OB/GYN take a look, of course. Your symptoms may just be related to pregnancy hormones. An ultrasound would probably give you some answers and ease your mind.

    the dr (not my normal obgyn since I was a work in) looked at it. She said she felt no reason for me to freak out and to wear a looser bra to allow fluid to flow more freely due some pregnancy swelling. I asked her about additional testing and she just said to watch it she didn’t feel it’s necessary. I know time is everything so I’m still still freaked out. Ugh
