Does the cold cap only address hair loss on the head?

I have already complete chemo and am back to a full head of hair (yay!) but as I see more mentions of the cold cap, this question comes to mind - do cold cap users still lose hair elsewhere? Being bald didn't bother me too much (great wig, found solutions to keep warm, save money on hair care products, quicker showers) but I found having no pubic hair disturbing. So my question is purely curiosity.

    Yep, and despite cold capping I lost a great deal of hair one month post chemo. My eyebrows and eyelashes made it through along with my hair, only to fall out a month later. You only cold cap during chemo, so I had no clue. Hair everywhere else also falls out during chemo, although I did keep my light colored fine arm hairs which I thought odd.
