    Thank you Bunsuela. I was stage 4 right away too. I still have a stubborn liver tumor that we are trying to kill. Your outlook inspires me! I agree, we are living longer and there are new meds and treatments being developed every day. 😊

    I was diagnosed at 42. I had a 6 year old and a 3 year old. Fast forward almost 12 years and I now have an 18 year old senior and a 15 year old sophomore. My plan is to outlive my diagnosis by years...... not always easy but I am determined. Good luck.

    Original diagnosis: June 2005; pesky mets found on May 3, 2010; so officially, I am eight years and 3 months out. Treatments are getting harder, but I am still here, and still standing, and still enjoying a drink whenever the hell I want one.
