Hematoma after excisional biopsy

Hi all! I need my giant hematoma sisters help!

I had an excisional biopsy one month ago yesterday, I had a giant hematoma in my A cup breast measured 11cm x 7 x 7cm. 3 trips to er, vaccum suctioned twice,5 days in hospital for routine excisional biopsy That was supposed to be 2-3 recovery. Lost nearly half my blood and almost had a transfusion.Won't get into the sob story but yea, this sucks. and now I have been going to wound care for follow up twice a week. I'm Packing the wound wet to dry once daily, another terror all together. They have me doing a bleach solution to cleanse wound and have ordered a wound vac for next week. The results are benign, great. So my questions that I can't find answers to are as follows and thought I'd see if anyone could help with this topic. Please let me know If I'm doing this right i am new to the group.

I have rib pain and bruising 30 days later. My breast color is almost normal but the bruising on my ribs is worse. My ribs ache. I'm contemplating using arnica cream... can any attest to this symptom and remedy?

Does arnica and massage help? I'm worried my breast won't fill in because the hematoma was 4 times the size of my breast. I'm at a loss. I was told to eat a lot of protein but I have chronic kidney disease and protein is not good. Any other dietary things to take?

My nipple is so tender to the touch and I am sick of wearing the compression garment. The aerola kills me too, it is bruised too. Bras cut into my skin so I think the ace is the best option. Any recommendations on nipple pain? I've never had kids so was thinking maybe nipple cream? Idk.

Did anyone have to have reconstruction on breast after hematoma? I have a really large dent now in the lower left quadrant of my left breast below my nipple. This has me an emotional wreck, I have c-ptsd (since childhood)and the trauma of all the surgeries being awake has tanked my emotions. I am also on norco for pain but know I need to get off them but am so afraid of how much worse it will get once the emotional pain is felt from all of this. Its been
