I,M looking forward to starting my new life after undergoing treatments for TNBC it was caught early so i only had a lumpectomy followed by Chemo and RAD. I just completed Rad July 18 2018 after being diagnosed in Feb of 2018. I have read stories in this forum that help me early on in my diagnoses to get thru. I thank god for all the support i received along with blessings . I was able to work when i felt like i could and when i couldnt i rested. I want to share my story and be an advocate for others whom are in my same situation or have been a survivor for many years after being treated and beating this monster!!!

I am not sure where I should be in this forum. I was diagnosed in June when IDC. Biopsy for lymph node came back positive and also I am triple negative. Monday I will have to take ct and bone scan, port will be installed Tuesday, chemo Thursday. I am terrified. I also am trying to quit smoking. Almost 24 hours w that.

I just joined this site today. I am the caregiver for my wife and best friend for 40yrs. She has just been recently diagnosed. 55yrs old. TNBC, Stage 2A. 2nd chemo next Thursday if her WBC count comes back. She has a tremendous attitude and is a lot tougher than I am. I just love reading the stories and we are excited to get this behind us and back to our grandchildren as well. Best wishes and God Bless.

Hi jrominger! welcome - sorry you find yourself here but it's a great place for support and information. You may want to join the Calling All TNs thread https://community.breastcancer.org/forum/72/topics/752075?page=1163#idx_34879

and the monthly chemo group - probably the May 2019 thread is the one you want https://community.breastcancer.org/forum/69/topics...

best wishes to you & your wife
