rapidly shrinking right breast?

I noticed about a week ago my right breast seemed smaller than normal, left is still a DD right seems more about a size B right now and my husband mentioned it to me last night. Can't call my doctor until Monday, any one else experience this? I am 27 mom of 3 (10,2,1) My tubes are tied so pregnancy is a no lol, periods are normal. I have lost some weight from dieting but stopped dieting 2 months ago and gained 2lbs back this week and I have had DD's since I was 11 and skinny back then. I am so confused as to where my boob went :/ when I go to lift them up today (haha sorry it is hot here and big boobs sweat and stick ) like I always do my right one seemed half the size of my left :(

    Hi acron, There can be many fluctuations to size throughout your life, dependent on a great number of factors (e.g. weight, hormones, pregnancies, etc). That said, if you are concerned, it's probably best to go get checked with your doctor. Good luck, and let us know!

    Is it feeling harder or firmer along with the decrease in size? Does the skin look different at all?

    thank you both, sorry my 2 year old got very sick and we have been super busy with doctors for him (heart rate 210 fevers 105 we went to his doctors for a stomach ache and ended up in an ambulance) ..... my smaller breast is still getting smaller, however I noticed my other breast is actually growing as it doesn't fit in my bras any more.... my nipple (not areola) has whitish bumps all over it, and I now found a lump that is about the size of a nickle but more oblong than round, it doesn't hurt, feels like a rock or piece of bone and doesn't move around like the fatty feeling tissue does.... my doctor got back to me before about me thinking it was shrinking ( I am not sure if it is just my other growing or not now) and she just said she was unsure and it was strange.... i'm going to make an appointment for Friday now that I found a lump (although having lumps that are not cancer is common in my family my "mom" sisters and aunts all have had them come back fine)
