Timeline
Four months ago I noticed a lump in my right breast. I watched it through a few cycles. I went to my gynecologist and she too felt it. It had been exactly 1 yr since my last exam. I went for a diagnostic mammogram on Monday however they did a bilateral diagnostic because it was time for it. On the right side they found nothing- however on the left they found something that I could not feel. They preformed a sonogram, the radiologist herself came in to tell me that she was concerned and I would need a biopsy, that my doctor would call me back with the appointment time. I know they have many patients- however I am really anxious. How long should I wait for a call

Since you haven't received a call yet, I'd call them today.

I had a mammogram/ultrasound on June 20th and it took a week and a half to get the biopsy scheduled and then I finally just had the biopsy yesterday. It was so hard waiting and feeling like everyone was taking their time while I was an anxious mess. I had to keep calling my dr back until things finally started moving.
Call them, make some noise! Tell them you are really worried
