Swollen nodes, no lump

hi, about a week ago I noticed 2 small lymph nodes in the area between my breast and shoulder closer in toward my armpit but not in the actual armpit.

Every once in a while I get an ache feeling in that area extending to my breast. No lump, redness itching or discharge to be noticed, just the nodes which are very moveable.

I obviously know I need to get checked out but anything that can put my mind at ease would be appreciated.

Also, whenever I do epsom salt baths that armpit smells like a rotting onion for days while the left side doesn’t smell even without deodorant. Maybe nodes are trying to eliminate toxins?? 🙏🏼🙏🏼
