Low grade fever

Prior to cancer trratment I had an average low body temperature, usually around 98.2. I finished treatments about a year ago. In December, I noticed that I often have a slightly elevated temperaure, around 99.2. At that time ,tests were run but nothing came up. I thought it was the Actonel they put me on so I stopped taking it for a couple of months but haven't seen a change. Has anyone else had this problem?
