What does this mean? Not looking for a diagnosis but a definition. After years of normal mammograms with no family history I got this report with a request to schedule a follow up (which I have done).

Finding 1:There is a focal asymmetry measuring 12 mm seen i the left breast upper quadrant at 2 o'clock located 11 centimeters from the nipple.

Finding 2:There are two oval masses in the left axilla.

These findings are most consistent with multiple axillary lymph nodes.

Thanks for any insight you can provide!
