Not happy with reduced size of reconstructive breast

I had a DIEP surgery done in 2016 (abdomen fat transferred to left breast). After healing from radiation I am ready for the second stage reconstruction.

My left breast has been reduced to a small C cup size while my right breast is a D cup.

The doctor stated that there would be a "right breast reduction with a left breast fat necrosis excision and fat transfer from any remaining abdomen excess).

Problem:

1. I am not happy with the "reduced size" of my reconstructed breast.

2. To make matters worse for me, they are going to "reduce" my non-reconstructive breast and match it with the smaller cup size.

The impression that I got from the doctor is that they can add volume to my reconstructive breast but not match the size of the other larger size breast and therefore the non-surgical breast has to be reduced for symmetry.

Implants are not a viable option because I have had radiation and I don't want them.

Question:

Has anyone had a similar situation and had a resolution to increase the size of the reconstructive breast without reducing the non-reconstructive breast?

PS.

I know responses such as "breast size does not matter" or "you should be happy with a C cup" are sincere, well-intended- but right now that is not what I'm searching for in terms of a response. Since I have to live with it..I have to be happy with the outcome.
