Fibrocystic symproms w Fibroadenoma . Help!

Waiting for biopsy results of what looks like 2 Fibroadenoma in one breast but also w whst doctors says some fibrosis right underneath the lump.

My first mamogram 8 months ago was clear but this second one shows two lumps and one is palpable ( I detected it on my nipple area) and feels like Fibroadenoma.

Also to add that I have menopause (51) and had a short period of hormone replacement therapy.

My doctor is suspecting cancer but all my symptoms to me gear towards fibrocystic issues because I have a general pain on both breasts and both a bit swollen . They just look lumpier. And other symptoms that fall under fibrocystic disease.

I have no history of breast cancer in the family. Breastfed for a total of 5 years (2kids)

I should add I have thyroid cancer 4 years ago and all ok now
