Inflammatory breast cancer

so my left breast is noticeably bigger than my right. I have a weird rash, leaky/flaky nipple, pain and tenderness and it feels warm. Worried that something is seriously wrong. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and freaking out.

Unlikely to be IBC, but get it checked out.

This sounds like it could be mastitis. You can get this during pregnancy. A visit to your doctor would be a good idea.
