Online consults

Is anyone aware whether big centers like Mayo Clinic or MD Anderson offer the opportunity for consults over the Internet? We are not in the States at the moment but would very much like an opinion from the best of the best. I am aware it's a long shot for insurance and liability reasons but maybe somebody has been successful.
