implant wrinkling??

Well, I read a lot about people whose implants don't look so great at first, but then settle in.

I have the opposite problem. My implant looked wonderful right after the exchange surgery. Now I am getting a little bit of wrinkling at the bottom of the breast, where the crease curve is.

Has anyone had this?

I hope it doesn't mean I need to go in for revision surgery.
