Mammo and Ultrasound scheduled

Hi all. I’m 48. Found a pea-sized lump on my right breast towards skin surface sitting up.....deeper when laying down. (Joys of larger breasts I guess! Lol) Anyway that was a week ago, saw Gyno yesterday and he said it had “a benign feel” to it, but I’m scheduled for a mammo and ultrasound Monday. My paternal grandmother *and* grandfather both had breast cancer. I’m really not too concerned at this point, just kind of in the back of my mind kind of thing. I posted a few years ago on my 16 y.o. Daughter having a lump. She had a biopsy and thankfully ended up with a dx of fibroadenoma. So cheers to the waiting game!!
