Sharp pain on left breast

I am 36 yrs old. starting at around 10 days ago in my left breast there's a sharp pain that felt when i press on it. But i dont feel it when i dont touch it. I cannot feel any lump. it feels like there is breast tissue injured but i cannot think of any incident causing it so. it is very painful when i press it, the pain is deep inside

No changes in physical appearance.

Has anyone experienced something like this?

I am so worried. I read abt IBC and pain is usually one of the symptom.

Have you read about symptoms of fibrocystic or hormonal breasts? That is a much more likely scenario.

IBC is very rare and has very distinct rapidly advancing symptoms. Did you google images of IBC? Does your breast look like that? Aside from your pain, does part of your breast and torso look like you suffered a severe burn?

You should see your doctor if you are concerned.

Hi Mellissa, thanks for the reply. Went to check up dy, did ultrasound but show nothing, dr can’t explain more on that also, just told me might be hormone issue or muscle beneath the breast get hurt. The pain is only at the same spot and no redness or swollen

If the pain continues follow up but give it a little while to resolve and maybe try some anti-inflammatory ... BC can cause pain but so can lots of other things. Mine caused sharp pain but I also had cancer in the nerve there.
