Irinotecan and 5FU - Advanced stage Breast Cancer

Hi all,

I had the Caris Molecular Intelligence Test performed in November and Irinotecan and 5FU was flagged as beneficial for my tumor type.

I have been on almost every breast cancer chemotherapy and started with the Irinotecan and 5FU about 10 weeks ago, my recent ultrasound and chest X-ray shows improvement and I definitely feel “better” besides the side effects.

Has anyone been treated with these 2 drugs before? I’d love to hear feedback, or how long it worked for etc. I did find one other post but I fear the lady is no longer with us to give me any of her information.
