Nipple sparing mastectomy with over the pec implants

does anyone have silicone implants over their muscle? How firm/ lifted are they? Do you think you would have preferred under the muscle? Just wondering if they droop too much

    I do. They're fairly firm - as in noticeably firm when I lay on them or give someone a tight hug. They are pretty much exactly where I'd like them to be - a very slight drop so that a bra will lift them, but they move pretty normally and don't just stand out from my chest as immobile.

    I'm glad I was able to get pre-pec. I think it's more natural then fake breasts behind your muscle. But I do have a bit of rippling. It's mostly only me that's aware of it.

    I've had them both ways and much prefer over the muscle. Mine are the firmest ones made and personally it doesn't bother me, but I will add that I've also had fat grafting to cover the implants. I have no rippling sine the grafting in December.

    I don't see any rippling yet, but am only a little over 5+ weeks from surgery. I was thrilled to have only one surgery. I immediately had full range of motion and no pain when lifting arms overhead. They look great in clothes. Not perfectly even yet outside of clothes but I'm told things should "settle" over time.

    I am two days out from this procedure, had implants placed over pecs. One side is quite rippled with 'dents'. My surgeon says not to worry as it will smooth itself out. I'm quite worried about the appearance of it, but the nurses also said not to worry it will smooth out. Just wondering if anyone else had this experience with implants over the muscle?

    I had fat grafting done from tummy to over the implants. I guess that was suppose to smooth it out. My PS said in about 5 weeks we will take another look after they have settled and make a plan for a lift on the one side and smoothing put on othe

    I am 5 days out from my DMX, hopefully I’ll be in implants around the end of the summer. What type of implants did everyone get? I know I’m doing smooth rounds but trying to decide between medium and full projection. I was very small before surgery, small b cup, so I do not care to be any larger than that. Thx ladies
