Tumor markers not going down.

My tumor markers CA 27 or whatever they are have been at 160 down from 170 for 9 weeks of chemo. Halfway through now. Any ideas what to expect? PET scan 11 weeks ago following surgery was clean but will be having a CT in a day or two. Kind of wondering- a bit frustrated.
