Pain in right armpit and swollen lymph nodes, pain in rt chest

I have had painfor several years on right side. I found a small lump over a year ago that was benign at That time, a year ago. I didn't mention lymph nodes then. I have been on estrogen therapy after a hysterectomy for the past year. No ryme or reason to pain and swelling, sometimes it goes away, come back worse. Hate going through all of those test, and the expenses for nothing. Not sure if I should go back or not.

    Are you also on progesterone therapy? I am trying to find someone who is on progesterone and had a mammogram and if there were any issues with it. I am not taking estrogen - just Prometrium (to basically avoid a hysterectomy) .

    I am a worrier by nature and I would go back if I had any questions at all. I have had several issues over the years that were watched and followed and have to get a mammo this month and am a bit worried if the Prometrium could cause any issues with the mammo being read and I am also switching jobs so will be in the middle of insurance change and worried that if they find something and I get screened by the "wrong" place I won't be eligible (if needed and of course am hoping I wont need it) for state insurance. BLEH.
