Is there a chance of having breast cancer at 19?

Hi, so I am 19. First of all, i have anxiety and i get panic attacks. About two months ago, I found a hard lump inside my right breast. It's round, painless, the size of a walnut and is easily moveable with the fingers.
So i went to the doctor and he told me its just a fibroadenoma which is not a big deal.
But now I am freaking out, literally. I'm starting to have these symptoms which aren't normal at all. I have pains in my breast, they feel like electric jolts, back pain, neck tightness and numbness and tingling in my right hand.
I also noticed a large painful vein which appeared lately in my palm, it gives me a burning sensation.
The veins in my body are becoming weirdly visible everywhere: my chest, my hands, my forearms, my hips and even on my shoulder blades.
my breasts are fairly asymmetrical, I mean it's so clear that it's unattractive (the right breast being smaller than the left one) but its always been this way since I started growing up.and actually I feel like the right boob is denser than the other.
I examine myself everyday and I haven't found any swollen lymph nodes or other abnormal masses. My menstrual cycle is also quite normal.
Being extremely scared and insecure , the first thing I did was googling my symptoms which all led to having breast cancer which has spread to other organs and such.
I'm going to the doctor again next week to see what's happening. Now believe me when I say that I'm so frightened that I stopped sleeping at night, and all I can think of is my family especially mom.
Please can anyone here tell me if it's possible for me to have cancer with those symptoms?
Thanks in advance.

BC at 19 is very unlikely but stress and anxiety can manifest itself in many ways including neck and back aches. Follow up with your doc is a good idea, just remember that google is not your friend. Also, a movable lump is typically associated with non-cancerous conditions, so that’s usually good.

Ruki, please discuss your anxiety with your doctor. That, is a bigger issue right now than what appears to be a common benign breast mass. 60% of women have fibrocystic breasts, especially in their teens and twenties. Anxiety can completely disrupt your life and make you miserable and it is very treatable.

Ruki, your post asked if you can have cancer at 19. Yes, but and it's a HUGE but, the odds are almost zero that you do. I'll repeat that, almost zero. I'm glad you're getting it checked out, all changes should be checked out and it's the smart thing to do. It still doesn't change the almost ZERO chance that you have BC at age 19. The other symptoms you describe sound like they are anxiety induced and that your mind is taking every little twinge and turning into something bigger and darker. Anxiety can do that. As the others pointed out, tell your doctor about the anxiety and definitely don't google. If you simply put the word 'breast' in the search it will automatically come back with 753,431 sites on breast cancer. If you can't help yourself then google 'benign breast conditions', you're going to find that your symptoms also have benign causes....which I'm pretty sure your cases is. Talk to your mom, let her know you aren't sleeping, she'll want to help you with the anxiety. Breath easy and let us know how things go for you.
