New here! Just DX with cysts or fibroadenoma.

Hi everyone, I have been following this forum for the last 2 weeks since I found my lump and decided to play Dr. Google...not a good idea by the way, but I’m so happy I came across this forum. You all seem to be an amazingly strong group of ladies, and so supportive!

2 weeks ago I found a lump on the outer quad of my right breast. The lump is not real hard and somewhat squishy. It’s in a rope like M shape next to my nipple. The lump itself is not real painful, but i am having terrible sharp shooting pain coming from the bottom of my breast. The pain also seems to shoot into my chest wall area and lungs, almost feeling like heartburn that comes and goes.

Also, I have breast implants and notice when I bend over the bottom of my breast is very hard, right where the pain is coming from, I can’t tell if it’s the implant or not. I had a mamo and US yesterday and got the DX of a possibly cysts or a fibroadenoma. I see a general surgeon on Tuesday and hopefully she will biopsy it for my piece of mind. I also have to do a follow up US in 6 months. Anyone else have a similar experience? I want so badly to be happy that I wasn’t told I have bc, but the unknown is still present.
