DCIS w clear margins, now micro calcification

I has an exisional biopsy/ lumpectumy done a month ago, and now i just got mammo results and ended up with micro calcifications shown in the same breast

The doctor told me if could be part of the same or it could be another dcis or even inavisve cancer.

I have to wait for the genetic testing results and also will have to get a new biopsy

Im reading a lot and thinking it could have been dcism.. i dont kno and this is driving me crazy

Have someone gone trough something like this? Anything you can share would help me

    I had DCIS dx from stereotactic biopsy for a linear cluster of microcalcifications. Had lumpectomy and path report said it was incomplete speciminen so had to have another mammo where they found new microcalcifications in a different area. I have dense breast and they told me that those microcalcifications may have been there all along and the lumpectomy may have shifted things and made them easier to view on subsequent mammo. Had re excision and new area of microcalcifications was B9. Original area high grade DCIS.

    I have had several previous biopsies for microcalcifications ranging from B9 to flat epithelial atipia which is not normal but not pre cancerous DCIS but not ADH and now DCIS. I think it depends on the number and pattern of microcalcifactions where they get concerened. But the tissue is the issue and you just sometimes don't know for sure until they biopsy it.
