fibrocystic breast condition

I've been having breast aspirations since I was 22 years old. Now 42 years old. Approximately over 40 cysts aspirated. Of course I am riddled with multiple cysts but sometime have very large ones that form with extreme pain. Sometimes even feeling almost flu like symptoms with them. Seriously is the only treatment plan aspiration. I take evening primrose oil and I do compression. I've been medically advised to look forward to menopause.

Is this seriously the best medical advice out there?

    Hello there, I am sorry you have been going through this. It is rough, and scary while painful also. To think, I,was beginning to take it personal that I had 1 biopsy and tons of abnormal mammo and sonos😥😣, I feel awful to complain. Fibrocystic breasts has made a home in my breasts. Truly, for you I hope things get better, this cannot be a normal. Feel better and keep on top of it. ❤
