hello everyone. I’ve been perusing the site for a while. I have a palpable breast lump for 6 months now. I stopped breastfeeding my (then 19 month old) in November and figured it wasn’t just a clogged milk duct. It never went away so I went in Marc to my OB. He wanted me to wait through one more cycle. It didn’t change with my cycle. I was then referred to have mammogram and US. Both were negative. OB, both techs and radiologist could all feel the lump. I had a mammogram in 2008 & mammogram/US 2013 for a palpable lump in the same spot. Back then it was determined to be a cyst. They DID visualize the lump in 2008 & 2013. Do you all think this is still the same lump? It would for sure show up if a cyst right? Thank you

Clearly, there is a lump there. Five people have felt it. Have you seen a breast specialist yet? I think that would be my next move, in your situation.

sorry my phone was acting crazy so I couldn’t finish my post and was scared I’d lose it so I didn’t finish. The radiologist was very finicky on what to do. She kept saying “oh let’s just wait 6 months then come back” then 15 seconds later she’d say “you should see a breast surgeon”. Back and forth, back and forth. So I am going to a breast surgeon mid May. Thanks so much for responding! Hopefully she will just biopsy it and we can be done with t
