Cluster lumps and dimpling

Hello everyone, I wanted to reach out to y'all I guess to get some kind of reassurance that im not crazy lol. My husband seems very calm about whats going with my breast and im very worried. I want to apologize if my grammar is incorrect english is my second language 😊

About 2 months ago i started noticing that my right breast started to get bigger. My nipple started getting these white spots(like the ones when pregnant) also extremely veiny occasionally warm and itchy.

My breast are naturally lumpy but about 2 weeks ago i found a dime size lump. The lump can be felt only when bending over or stading up. I did ignored all the symptoms thinking that its probably nothing. Last week i went to my obgyn to get it checked out because my breast was getting way bigger now very noticeable .She noticed the breast enlargement the white spots and the lump. The office scheduled my appt for an ultrasound on Monday .But now new symptoms are happening. I found a cluster of lumps and now at least quarter size and breast dimpling when i lift my arms.

Can anyone tell me what this could be? Im i wrong for freaking out? Advice welcomed. And prayers everyone's way

    Srosa89 - no one here can diagnose you, only your doctor and test results can do that. What we can tell you is that 80% of findings are not cancer. There are so many things that this could be, and the vast majority of if them are benign. You could have a cyst and skin issue happening. Again, only the tests will confirm it. I’m sorry you have to go through the worry but please know we’re all here for you! I hope your ultrasound on Monday goes well and that your results are good. Please let us know how it goes for you

    I am sorry that you're having these symptoms. They should definitely be checked out. I'm glad that you're getting an ultrasound. Keeping you in my thoughts!

    Thank you very much for the quick reminder. You are very right it could just be a cyst.
