It has been my experience that some places give you feedback immediately (or at least an idea), and some give none and pass it along to your PCP. Either way it’s no indication if results. A Radiologist has to go over your images, if things are backed up that day then they will also send you on your way without results. The good news is that your wait is relatively short, I’ve seen some on these boards waiting a long time.

I know it’s worrisome for you, the waiting is the worst part, so keep yourself busy assuming the best outcome. The numbers are on your side, the vast majority of screenings are benign, trust in the stats.Please let’s us know when you get results! Hugs!
