Tamoxifen manufacture differences

Hi -

I am back on tamoxifen for my reoccurence. I have the markings on my pills as WPI 2233 also. Have you noticed that the side effects of this pill are the same as Teva or are they different?

My first time around I did have bad side effects - joint pain, hot flashes, weight gain, vaginal dryness, moodiness, etc. I am not sure which brand of Tamoxifen I took those 5 years but I am hoping that the side effects have gotten better.

    cthree, those markings are Watson now part of Activis. I've had the least side effect with Watson. The two times the pharmacy has switched manufacturers, I had terrible joint pain after a few weeks of the different brand. But others on this site seem to do better with other brands. It seems everyone reacts differently. I hope you tolerate it well.
