Internal mamm lymph node

I have had BC, both breast removed and implants under my pec muscles......but about 2 year ago I had itchy breast to the point I wanted to rip out 1 of my implants...so bad I didn't sleep for days putting lidocaine on it (on BC side)....messaged my breast surgeon and plastic surgeon....they thought I should have an MRI. That is when they found 3 enlarged axillary nodes on my BC side and an enlarged INTERNAL mammary lymph node on the other side, near my heart. and was told they cannot even do a biopsy....was watched and every 6 months I was given another MRI.....after 3 MRI no more for now....just in wait mode....
