Pain radiating from 1 breast

hi all, first time posting. Here goes....

About 2 months ago i noticed pain in my right breast only, and on the right side close to armpit. My period was due in a week or so so I waited it out. My period came and went and the pain never left. It's now radiating into my armpit, shoulder, and down arm, my elbow is achy. I also have a weird pain in my chest (right side) and it's only in one spot about the size of a quarter on the top left side of my right breast, but it feels like a burning pain inside my chest. I've also experience burning pain in right breast only, slight nipple pain, slightly itchy skin, and almost a "let down" feeling similar to when breast feeding.

I don't feel a solid bump but the outer quadrant of my right breast feels a little more dense than the left breast.

2 other symptoms, probably unrelated but I've been having groin pain and my right hip is hurting.

I'm 26. Have had 2 babies. Quit nursing 3 years ago. My mom's 2 sisters have had breast cancer.

Absolutely no pain or symptoms in left breast.

I'm on birth control and spirolactone. I know both can cause breast pain but I've been on birth control for years with no pain and spiro for 7 months. It's also odd to me the pain is only in 1 breast and now radiating to arm and shoulder.

Any thoughts??
