Should I get another opinion?

About six weeks ago, I posted about a rash on my left breast that started from some red pimple-like spots. I had a clear ultrasound and a breast surgeon said the breast looked normal and to come back in a month if the rash was still there. She didn't want to biopsy it then because I'm 31 and breastfeeding. It is still there and I emailed the breast surgeon who suggested maybe a dermatologist.

I have been having sharp shooting/stinging pants too, intermittently, which she wasn't able to explain. Over the last couple of days, I've had more red pimple like spots (a little smaller than a pimple) on the same breast and some pain.

With these symptoms in mind, would you push for another opinion? Can IBC present like this?
