Inflammatory breast cancer or??
I'm a 20 year old female who has been having different symptoms for the past month. I've been to different doctors who aren't sure what's wrong. I've had multiple tests ran including a ultrasound which all came back normal except for my estrogen level. At the time of testing I had a estrogen level of 701 pg/ml, but a few doctors said that was normal and a few that said it was extremely high. My breast are sometimes a reddish purple and sometimes they're more normal coloring. It started off with sharp pains in both breasts and it has been getting worse as time goes on. Sometimes I feel a lump but the lump also comes and goes. One of my doctors said their was free flowing fluid in my left breast at the time of examination. The most recent change was a dent that showed up on my left breast a few days ago and my doctors said that's from estrogen, but I feel like something's a little more wrong. What should I do and what kind of specialty doctors should I make appointments with?

What kind of (multiple) different doctors have you already gone to?
It doesn't sound like any of them are thinking there is anything particularly concerning going on

My primary doctor thinks something is wrong after examination so she sent me to 2 obgyn so far. I've been to two different obgyn and they all tell me they don't know what's wrong or they blame it on my period. In the beginning my primary thought it was lupus so I was tested for a autoimmune disease which came back positive, but it wasn't lupus. I'm wondering if it could be breast cancer because of the symptoms and the test I had run, and the history of breast cancer in my family.

If it was IBC, once your breast turns purple it wouldn't go back to normal, in fact none of the symptoms come and go. In my experience the symptoms continue to get worse really fast. IBC also typically doesn't start with a lump. I wouldn't worry about IBC but I wish you the best of luck finding out what is causing your symptoms (and hopefully it's not cancer).

Hi
I need some opinion, I have some issues with my left breast for about two months now. It all start with itchy and I applied cream ( over the counter) and that didn’t work , went to my dr.. she didn’t see anything .. by the way it only itchy around the nipple area. So she gave me cream with steroid in it and said that will take care of it. After a month the pain start in my nipple and itchy got worst . So I went back . My dr couldn’t believe it and said must be a breast infection from Brest feeding ( I haven’t Brest fed ) in over 25 years and I said no way. So she went and got a second opinion from a dr and he said Paget diease . So they did a biopsy.. a week later and same symptoms it came back negative. Now she has a sebaceous perplasis , ( which are little red pimple found on neck , back, breast ,) well I don’t have one anywheres !! So I asked her why is she saying this when she knows I don’t have any? She didn’t have a answer ? I asked her ? Could she had not taken enough for the biopsy ? Since this was her first biopsy ? Also could this be a different type of infection like IBC ? My mom had clogged bile duct and it turned to cancer . I just can’t believe the pain , the itchy and now my breast is swollen. I do have a ultrasound plan this Tuesday with the breast specialist.. but I just wanted to see if anyone else had this problem.
Thank you
