LCIS question

Hi everyone my name is Tracy and new to the site. I was diagnosed with LCIS in July and too afraid to take hormone meds. I’m also in treatment for Lyme disease so I’m very overwhelmed. I read an article about natural methods to reduce the risk and cure BC with iodine, transdermal iodine, magnesium oil, and cannabus cream massaged on breasts to help. Does anyone know about this type of self treatment ? I am sick at home from Lyme and would love to hear about natural remedies to decrease my chance of developing Bc. Anything would help. Thank y
