MRI results-second MRI to come

I just got my MRI results. I can’t find anything on Bone islands in the sternum anywhere. Having anything other than cancer lesions in your sternum is very rare and statistically you’re more likely to have cancer there than anything else. I’m not sold on this conclusion especially since the first RD totally missed the “snowstorm” on my first US and sent me on my way saying I was my regular drs problem cause auxiliary nodes aren’t a breast issue but I pushed them on it....
