is the skin always thick with peau d'orange? how do you tell the difference between it and hair follicles?

I think the hair follicles are a lot bigger/more pronounced on one breast where I've had problems.

  What did the breast surgeon say when you had your 03/19 appointment

  The BS said the breast looks normal except for the rash. She chose not to biopsy because I'm breastfeeding.

  I think the bigger follicles or whatever it is have come up since then which is why I'm asking.
