Artistatheart has passed
It is with great sadness that I tell you that Artistatheart passed away on March19 from liver and kidney failure. She went peacefully with her family surrounding her. Artist contributed to many threads. Her thoughtful words offered support, advice, and encouragement to many of us. She seemed to know exactly what to say. Artist loved life, her family, and her friends. She was a talented artist who enjoyed making jewelry and ornaments. She was a kind, vibrant spirit who will be missed.
Hugs and prayers from, Lynne

Sweet Artist. This is tough news to hear and to accept. We met on our first lines of treatment and I would have never thought things would turn out this way. As others have said, Artist always knew just what to say, and how to comfort people and make them feel like they were not alone in all of this. We miss you Artist.

Artist, I saw in one of your last posts you were looking forward to Spring. Now, sweet sister, may you be bathed in sunlight and warmly greeted by those who went before you.
-
Artistatheart - lovely woman who offered good advice, support and made you feel like a friend. Her condition seemed to turn for the worse quickly and she had such a struggle with her insurance and treatment gaps and approvals. The system failed her. She deserved better. She will be missed terribly.
It is always a punch in the gut when we lose a metster. My gut is having trouble recuperating between hits lately.
-
It breaks my heart that she is gone so soon. She was a beautiful spirit. My deepest condolences to her husband, loved ones, family and friends.
-
Miss you Artist! You're the very best!!
-
My sympathies to Artist’s family. She always had a supportive word for everyone that posted.

Woody shared that dear, sweet Artist passed and my heart felt empty. We hadn’t messaged for a couple months...and I feel so sad that I wasn’t “there”....which I know sounds so silly, but she was always there for us all. If anyone remembers when Nancy, in her final days, said she cherished the “glitter” card a sister had sent...it was Artist, Kathleen. She was a beautiful life...now a beautiful angel.
-
I am truly saddened to hear this news......she was a beautiful soul. My condolences to all who loved her.
-
May her beautiful soul rest in peace.
-

💔😞😢 it just never stops. My heart feels so saddened and heavy. No words once again. This is another one of those that you gasp for breath when you read it. Speechless ~M~
