Skin after surgery not thick enough

my PS said she doesn't think my skin is thick enough to reconstruct my nipples. I know most people decide not to even have them done, just tattoos or prosthetics. For some reason I can't explain, I'm very emotionally attached to the idea of having them rebuilt.

Does anyone have suggestions for vitamins, creams, oils etc. That might help my skin rejuvenate itself or did anyone have them rebuilt from skin from another place on their body???

I feel silly for feeling so emotional about this, but here I am... 😕 sad that cancer once again is dictating my decisions.
