Congratulations on your 10 years and thank you for coming here and sharing the hope for those just starting with a stage IV diagnosis. Your daughter sounds like a lovely and thoughtful young person. I wish you many more years enjoying each other.

    YAY for 10 years!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

What awesome news to read about! You give me hope to reach that magical year 10. Only 1 1/2 to go. What kind of treatment are you on currently and what is the status of the cancer (stable, inactive, NED)?

Thanks for bringing hope to all of us!

that’s fantastic! You give me so much hope. I have recently been diagnosed with stage 4 tnbc, mets to lungs. The thought of my 7 year old boy growing up without a mom scares me! You are such an inspiration! Have you been in treatment for so pong

Year number eleven this weekend. Didn't start out so good; I felt listless and depressed from the medications I take. I am fortunate to know from experience that if I just push through those dark feelings and get out in the fresh air I will feel better. The skiing was horrible: icy and cold, so treacherous the kids opted out and I don't blame them. But a day in the outdoors is a day alive and is a good day!

I did remember the 12th anniversary this week. An unusual anniversary it has been, filled with anxiety and fear of the unknown. I escaped to my get-away in the woods even though they closed the ski resorts. I went for a walk with my bestie, who as a nurse and a union president is even more stressed about the current health crisis than I am. As always, fresh air and exercise is the best therapy.
