Ibrance/letrozole for stage 3C

I had a breast cancer recurrence in 2 of my supraclavicular lymph nodes...which is considered Stage 3C. I had 4 rounds of A/C and 4 rounds of Taxol. Then 30 radiation treatments. I've had two PET scans since completing my treatments that show no signs of cancer. I take Letrozole and I just started taking Ibrance. Anyone else?? What are the benefits for taking Ibrance too?? It is making my blood counts very low.
