Fibroadenosis concern

I am 24.. Two weeks ago i started feeling sudden pain in my right breast. Everyday when i wake up in the morning or sit up after laying down i suffer terrible pain in nerves which lasts for about 5-6 seconds and then its gone.. sometimes i also felt constant pain. I went to doctor and he said its fibroadenosis. He suggested taking Mecgla capsule. Sometimes i feel the pain is fading away for a day or two but it starts all ober again. I dnt know what's wrong. I go to work by car. And i feel very scared when the car jolts.. I have heard that fibroadenosis is incurable.. I am scared.. Is it fibroadenosis or something else.. I havent done ultrasound yet.. can anyone help?! I am really worried

    Fibroadenomas are benign breast lesions. I'm not sure what you mean about "incurable." Unless they are big so they bother you or obscure areas of your breast on imaging you just leave them alone. About 60% of us have fibrocystic breasts. A fibroadenoma does not make you "high risk for breast cancer." Hopefully the B12 in the Mecgla will ease your hormonal symptoms/breast pain.
