Thank you Georgia1! It’s weird, but I cried in the car after leaving the doctor. I think it was just a buildup of all of the emotions surfacing. I have a ton of faith in my BS, so when she mentioned that I could see an MO, I figured it would be prudent to follow up with them

I had my educational biopsy today . They cut by my areola. My tumor was at 11:00 and deep. My chest hurts and all they gave me was tramadol, because of allergies to pain meds. Can I use an ice pack?

Ah, so very pleased to read this!
Had my excisional on Monday, and getting my results tomorrow evening, but feeling crazy confident that it's all benign! Just looking forward to having definitive answers for a change!

I hope you get benign results, Courtz! How is the healing going?

Thank you momto3sons. I am almost convinced they will be, but will be nice to have the Medical Confirmation! This day is dragging though! Healing is going well, aside from a mild allergic reaction to the tape used - so covered in blisters and raw patches, but the actual wound is all good, not nearly as bad as I had thought it would be? You all healed up now?

I felt the same way when I had my biopsy - I was sure it would be benign, but it felt good to hear that from the doctor.

Glad to hear your healing is going well! I still have a bit of pain from time to time, but I think that’s because the biopsy was pretty deep and larger than I thought it would be

And it's official! I have a benign diagnosis! So the official diagnosis is sclerosing lymphocytic lobulitis, or diabetic mastopathy, however my BS said she would have taken it out anyway from the MRI as even there it looked highly suspicious and even once she took it out, she waited for the pathology to make sure it wasn't an ugly! So overall, great news! :) Thank you so much for the support!
