10cm fibroadenoma surgery at 22

Hi

I recently got diagnosed with a 10cm fibroadenoma in my breast. I have booked surgery for it to be removed. I am absolutely terrified about the outcome of the surgery. I only have small breasts and the lump takes up about 70% of it. My breasts are already different sizes because of the lump. The surgeon has mentioned that I may have to have reconstruction to make it look normal. I have looked online but there is very little about fibroadenomas this size and I am scared that the operation will leave me disfigured.
