Clear nipple discharge

for a year now I noticed clear yellow discharge in my bras right side on and off. I am currently 35, 4 year kidney transplant, so immune suppressed.

life is finally starting to come together since we bought a home, now engaged and hoping to start a family in a year. Early feb during my period I noticed the discharge on my bra again and lightly pushed my nipple a bunch of clear yellow discharge came out.l, one duct. I think I made it worse by pressing since it turned red. Anyways a week ago right before my period I noticed the discharge but brown. I go in to see my GP Monday and I have been freaking out. My period is done and I no longer have to discharge even when I squeeze.

I can’t handle cancer right now since I can’t risk losing the kidney. This kidney took 7 years to get due to having high antibodies. I feel like I am having my hopes and dreams ripped out from under me.
