Best wishes and congratulations on DS's birthday. A very important day for Mom also.

I was so glad to see you post again so sorry your are back in that damn Hospital but sooooo happy things seem to be looking up. We all have our pity party days and we earned them. No regrets. Also never assume you're on the last treatment. Amazing things seem to spring out of the bag daily......Lots of hugs!

thanks ladies. Love the request for some cabana boys. Ooh la la
Went home from hospital yesterday but am back in hospital today. Grrr. My frustration level is thru the roof. Temp 102.4 , short of breath ( oxygen level is 71 never had an issue with it before ) dizzy , chills and vomiting. I have had 4 units of whole blood and 2 units of platelets within the last two days but instead of increasing H&H it continues to drop. Yesterday it was 9. Today it’s 7. So they r doing scan to look for internal bleeding. Could also explain some symptoms I have had. Just am not receiveng any quality of life like this Cant shake the feeling like this is the end

Oh Patty! I am sorry you are back int he hospital and having such a terrible time getting stable. I hope they figure it out, and that it isn't what you think. I know you've struggled for a long time, and you've fought hard. Keep fighting till it isn't right for you anymore. I will always have hope that something will make things better for you. I know we've never "met", but you are always in my thoughts. You've been one of the brightest points in my BC experience, and I will continue to send healing vibes your way.
-
Patty - I always read but don't often post. Just wanted to say I'm holding you in the light.

Here's NED. Looks like he'd be fun to two step with.
-
Doing my best to wish you to the beach party, Patty. Somehow spending your child's birthday in the hospital just isn't right, but no choice.
-
Patty~I am so very sorry that you're in the hospital again unfortunately, if you're that weak you should have as much help as you need. We all hate hospitals, but I believe you have paid your Dues in that area ten fold. You're on my mind. You just need to let every muscle go and try get some rest. Soak up those fluids, and know we are all here in your corner, supporting you always! Gentle hugs~M~

-
me too. !!!! Ned is so fine. Wow. Mama bear might can teach them a thing or two.
It’s been a very hard day. Exdh brought both dss up last night to celebrate ds1 bday. He brought cupcakes and drinks and candles and of course presents. I had my bestie run and get me a card and I gave him cash. Anyway ds1 wakes xdh up this morning saying he was saying prayers last night and Holy Spirit ( yes religion. You may want to skip to next post if this I offensive). Revealed to him my time is short here in earth and to spend every moment he has with me Xdh wouldn’t answer either way but he brought ds1 here as soon as they dropped ds2 at church. I was totally honest with him he sat in the bed with me and WE held each .... to be continued
-
we cried and laughed and reminisce all our good times. He begged me to try taxol. He said was pretty selfish of me not to do it because I will lose my hair. Tried explaining not embarrassing for me but I know teens are easily embarrassed or even teased about it. He said don’t care. He will do anything to help me. Breaks my heart he thinks he can make it better b cause when I die I don’t want him thinking if only I had done whatever. That’s too much for his shoulders to carry. Spent prob 5 hours wrapped tight together. Ds2 came here after church. I haven’t wanted to tell them the seriousness of the situation now. But knew he would be very hurt to think everyone else knew. He already complains no one tells him anything. He feels left out. So they’ve all waited in waiting room ds2 stayed maybe 30 min. He always stuffs his feeling and i tell him how harmful that is to him. I am glad he has a relationship with a therapist already so hoping ds2 will have someone to open to after my death. Yet he did hURT my feelings. Ouch. asking about his inheritance how much and when . Also asked if he can take his tv And a few other items to his dads. of course I agree thinking when I die no he meant today Talk about a knife to the chest.
CHapter II complete sorry so long.
Hugs

I am so sorry, Patty.
-
Oh Patty, such a hard day for you. DS1 definitely has his act together. Sounds like a gentle soul. I hope it was DS2's youth talking but so understand your hurt. You have been so strong through all of this. A shining example of grace under pressure. I appreciate your candidness about what you have and are going through. Much love is sent your way. You are always in my prayers. Hugs.
