Painless bump on nipple

Within the past month, a painless bump has developed on the top aspect of my left nipple (if you look down at the breast it’s on the top left corner). It’s maybe half the size of a pencil eraser and is the same color as the nipple but with a whitish/yellow center. Not much of a shape bc it just looks like that part of my nipple is growing upward but I’d say round. I feel i squeeze it clear fluid comes out. The nipple skin also gets dry/flaky if i pick at it too much. Not sure if’s the bump is hard bc the nipple erects when I feel it. It looks like a growth on the nipple, no lump. I’m terrified bc it appeared so fast & doesnt hurt. It’s Not a pimple, not pregnant & haven’t breastfed In 7 yrs. Normal diagnostic mammoth & u/s In October buT several cysts. Very busy, stressed, single mom of2, 36 yo. Any ideas? I know I should see a doc but should I be as terrified as I am? I try not to think about it but I check it all the time convinced it’s real bad or im crazy
