Back pain

Hi. I had the flu a few weeks back and doing better, still a bit of a cough and back pain. The back pain obviously has me worried. I checked w my RO as I just finished rads 1/24 and he thinks it muscle strain from all the coughing. I am wondering if anyone has had pain like this from tamoxifen? I had a clean chest ct in aug. all scans clear in may last year. I know something small wouldn’t necessarily show on a ct but also feel like something small wouldn’t cause the pain. Which is why I’m wondering about the tamoxifen, could it exaggerate the symptom? I hate this worry and will contact my MO soon.

    I've never had any pain from Tamoxifen. It does sound like a strain from the coughing, which is pretty common after the flu. After what we've been through it's so easy to think that everything that happens is somehow related to the cancer or the treatments, but sometimes it's just the kind of stuff that happens to everyone. That kind of worry does subside to some degree as time goes by, but it will never totally leave you.
