fibroadenoma With swollen lymp node

ok let me start by saying tomorrow I go to a general surgeon and I haven’t sleep in 8 days for more then 4 hours a night ....


When I was 22 I had my little boy , right after 6 months without breast feeding I notice boobs still leaking clear white stuff . My dr at the time said it was nothing but wanted a ultrasound on my breast ... ultrasound tech said she saw a lump . Went to my dr his exact words are “ it’s small nothing to worry about “ didn’t diagnose it with nothing ...


2 1/2 years ago my son was now 3 .. boobs still leaking , found a new dr to take out my birth control and mentioned my boobs leaking . She took a sample sent me to ultra sound .. sample came in negative and normal , I’m guessing hormonal ... ultrasound came back a lump in my left breast with swollen lymp node , said in three months we will do another ultrasound but she thought it was fibroadenoma... b9 at that ...


So now three months later having noticiable pains in nipples , still leaking , itching me bad ,sometime scabby ... ultrasound was done the lump grew and lymp node still swollen .... she called and wants me to go see a general surgeon ?? I’m confused whyyyyyyy ? Could it be cancer ??? I’m having stabbing pains in upper back shoulder area with breath taking pains in left booby .... I really would like to hear stories .. I will keep updated ..

    went to general surgery dr today she felt around my breast and said it feels like fibo breast tummer wants to take it out but I have to see a heart dr first bc of my chest pains ... then in a week or two we will schedule a surgery and then have the mass sent off to see if it could be cancer bc I have nipple discharge and swollen lymp node ... anyone else goin through this ?

    Is there a possibility they could do an MRI before the surgery, or an ultrasound guided biopsy first to see if they need to test the lymph node too?

    thanks for response , I couldn’t read my dr face . She didn’t act to concern about the lymp node .... better yet she didn’t act to concern about life ... I asked questions but didn’t ask for a mri or biopsy , she seemed more concern about my chest pains .. she did say she would have the tummrr tested ... but I want to kno why this lymp node won’t go away for 3 yearssssss!!!!!
