Clear nipple discharge from right breast - hormone tests normal

I have been reading your posts and I wanted to know if anyone has had my similar story and how it ended up?

Three months ago I thought my and my fiancé might have been pregnant because I felt milk coming in like I did when I breast feed. I keep feeling it so strongly in both breast that one day I Went in the bathroom and squeezed both breasts. A drop of clear liquid came out in one spot on my right breast but not my left. I tasted it ans it was salty.

I thought it was colostrum from being pregnant but low and behold I got my period right on time. I have been goOmg to the primary Dr for about two years for a chronic cough, fatigue, chest pain chronic low grade fever, sore body and overall feeling really crummy. Have had a million tests shooting in the dark trying to figure out what’s wrong.

So last month at my yearly woman’s exam at my primary I told her about maybe breast discharge And tenderness. She asked to see if which I did squeeze it and it came out and I showed her.

I’ve since had hormone levels checked. Para thyroid, prolactin and thyroid levels checked. All came back normal. I also had a ultra sound and diagnostic mammogram. Both came back normal. I’m scheduled now to get an mri this Friday and then see an obgyn March 1st. I tried to get it to come out of left breast but it doesn’t. Only out of right when squeezed. I’ve only tried itn4 times in 3 months.

Has anyone has this? What were your results. I am worried that with my other symptoms that I could be at risk for breast cancer since my blood tests checked out. I’m 29 years old.
