Very afraid for IBC at such a young age

I guess I'd just like to vent my worries away here, 3 months ago I started having my right breast become very very itchy. Every day for 3 months I would want to rip my breast out from itchiness.

Eventually a large and odd red rash appeared, my breast started swelling, and had my doctor check it out, she had another doctor from the clinic look at it too. They gave me antifungal cream and told me to come back in two weeks before an ultrasound, they asked me about family history of breast and ovary cancer.

I started using the cream and thank god the itch is over, however my breast is growing even more, and starting to hurt all over and feeling warm, I thought it was maybe because of my period but it's odd because it's on one side.

I'm very afraid, my doctor asked to take images every few days to see if there's a change and all I see is my breast growing and becoming more painful. I thought I didn't need to worry since I'm only 19 but the nerves are getting to me.
